All orders placed at Fox London are processed within 0-2 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 9-12 business days.
Delivery Delays
We understand that occasional delivery delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier issues, international customs procedures (if applicable in the future), or address inaccuracies. We’ll be happy to provide updates and assist you throughout the process.
Order Cancellation and Modification
Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us promptly at support@thefoxlondon.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request within this timeframe. Unfortunately, after 24 hours, orders may already be processed and shipped, making modifications impossible. Fox London is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number. You can then track your order’s progress on our website. If you don’t receive a shipping notification or have any trouble tracking your order, please feel free to contact us at support@thefoxlondon.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
Tracking Shows Order Was Delivered But Not Received?
If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:
- Check with neighbors or household members to see if they might have received the package for you by mistake.
- Verify that the shipping address on your order confirmation email is accurate.
- Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of non-delivery.
- Once you have obtained proof of non-delivery, please send it to us at support@thefoxlondon.co.uk so we can immediately process a refund for your order.
