Order Processing

All orders are processed within 0–2 business days from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for dispatch.

⚠️ Please note: While we aim to be prompt, processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand periods.


Shipping Times

We currently offer free standard shipping to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States.

  • United Kingdom: Estimated delivery within 9–14 days (Monday–Sunday).

  • United States: Estimated delivery within 4–6 days (Monday–Sunday).

Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery’s progress. If you do not receive your tracking details within a few days of your order, please contact us at support@thefoxlondon.co.uk.


Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We will always work with you to resolve any delivery issues. If your order is delayed, please reach out to our support team for assistance.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

You may request an order modification or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders may already be in processing or transit and cannot be changed.

Fox London is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

To make a change, email us at support@thefoxlondon.co.uk as soon as possible.


Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Double-check the delivery address in your confirmation email.

  2. Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the delivery on your behalf.

  3. Contact the courier directly for delivery details or proof of delivery.

If your parcel remains missing, contact us with documented proof of non-delivery. Upon verification, we will issue a refund or replacement.


International Shipping

We currently only ship to the UK and the USA. International shipping is not available at this time.
